welcome to new york city. it is december 10th and no greater place than the holidays to be with new york city and central park. nice dusting of snow behind me that is if the weather is really bad and you can't get here. here's the deal today. when it comes to the weather, if you live somewhere between california and new york, there's a pretty good chance you're either going to have snow, some ice, rain, or it's going to be pretty darn cold where you live, at least colder than you're used to. a lot of schools are closed and the government shut down. this time, it wasn't something they did. it was mother nature that did it. i want to take you around the country right now so
